Since February 2026 I’ve been CEO & DevOps Engineer at iDefender IT Services Pvt Ltd, a DevOps, cloud, and security services company. In that role I’ve taken a B2B commerce platform to production on AWS, built a self-hosted AI assistant that works in Hindi and English, rolled out one HR system across five companies, and moved the company’s own tooling onto a monitored, self-hosted stack. I also mentor interns and maintain an open-source developer tool, Session Pulse.
Before that, at ThinkSys Software (Aug 2023 – Feb 2026), I provisioned Amazon EKS with secure networking and GitOps, automated 50+ iOS app releases with Fastlane + GitHub Actions, built centralized observability with Prometheus/Grafana/Loki, and trained 10+ engineers on Kubernetes. Awards: “Hero of the Cluster” (×3), Customer Delight.

- Lead the company's DevOps, cloud, AI, and security practice across group companies and client engagements, setting technical direction and delivery standards.
- Took a B2B commerce platform to production on AWS: environments, legacy data migration, backups, monitoring, and a 24-finding security audit.
- Built a self-hosted AI assistant (vLLM + RAG) and a WhatsApp-to-ERPNext bot for construction field operations.
- Rolled out one ERPNext / Frappe HR system for 5 companies: biometric attendance, payroll, and an employee self-service portal.
- Run the intern program and the in-house stack (monitoring, OpenProject, Snipe-IT, SonarQube/DefectDojo); open-sourced Session Pulse on PyPI.
